The space The El Laurel house (6 people, 100m²), ideal for one to two families or a group of friends. Composed of two bedrooms with double beds of 150 x 200 cm., one bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm. (which can be converted into a double bed of 180 x 200 cm.), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathroom/shower), a living room with fireplace, a separate kitchen with pantry and a private terrace with garden furniture and views of the Sierra Nevada. Equipment: Central heating with electric heat accumulators, fireplace, satellite TV, free WiFi throughout the enclosure and inside the house. Also available: linens, towels and a hair dryer. The separate kitchen is equipped with: crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils, refrigerator with freezer, gas fires, gas fires, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, electric juice squeezer and all the necessary kitchenware for 6 people. Within the enclosure there are the following areas for common use: parking, swimming pool (4×10 m.), barbecue, a space with washing machine and iron with table and terraces overlooking the Dúrcal River Valley.
