Comfy queen bed room in quiet & leafy locals area of Newcastle. A few blocks away from Elermore Vale shopping village & the shaft tavern pub and restaurant, 10-15 minutes drive to the city & beach. Easy 10 min access to Newcastle link on freeway. The space Lovely large home in family friendly suburbia. Room has comfy queen bed, lamp, bedside table, built-in-robe with drawers/shelves and ceiling fan. Open plan living and dining area, older style kitchen and functional family bathroom with separate toilet. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm. Owners have their own private bathroom and are up other end of house - perfect for privacy. Wireless internet facilities. Laundry and indoor clothes drying rack or outdoor covered clothes line. We have such a beautiful climate that we don't need a clothes dryer. The house will be cleaned fortnightly in shared areas and yards maintained as included in fee. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Guest access Access is available from front or back door. Owners have private 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathroom at front of house, but will share laundry and kitchen with airbnb guests. Share your own lounge room and bathroom with 1-2 other airbnb guests max or by yourself in quiet times. The rooms look onto the very large and quiet backyard with a veggie and herb garden. During your stay Matt lives on site and can help with any issues. Matt likes to be freindly with guests and will take them rock climbing if they are inclined.
