The villa, within the Zeffiro consortium, consists of: Private garden with parking space, veranda, barbecue, hammock, sunbed, living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with terrace, bedroom with bunk bed and balcony, bathroom. The bedroom and living room are equipped with air conditioning. Use of washing machine, iron, microwave and espresso machine is available. The sea can be reached: - by bicycle on a cycle path (1.3 km) - by bus - on foot (about 15 minutes) The space The private garden and the type of villa make it quite easy to comply with social distancing rules and sanitize the structure between one change and the next. Guest access The whole house and the whole garden. You can also walk around the consortium and use the bar and restaurant facilities inside. Other things to note To sanitize the garden, I will use water and bleach. To sanitize the house, water and alcohol diluted to 65%. To sanitize the floors, I will use Lisoform. Towels, sheets, mattress covers and kitchen towels will be washed at 90°.
