Amani, which means peace, is part of the Emu Bay Holiday Homes complex and with its elevated position at the top of the property provides a peaceful atmosphere with expansive views over Emu Bay and surrounding farm lands.Large sliding doors opens up from the living area for spectacular views over Emu Bay, the garden and the bird bath that attracts a wide variety of bird and local wildlife to your doorstep. Large open plan kitchen makes catering a breeze whilst enjoying the sea views. The space Large open plan kitchen, large dining table and large lounge with expansive sea views. Main bedroom: queen size bed with shared en-suite with bedroom 2. Second bedroom: queen size bed with shared en-suite with main bedroom. En-suite can be locked off to serve one room only. Bedroom 2 and en-suite is suitable for access by wheelchair and persons with decreased mobility. Third bedroom: double bed and set of bunk beds. Bathroom: Separate shower, bath and toilet with separate basin. TV Lounge: Sleeper couch makes up to queen bed. Has sliding doors to separate from lounge. Guest access Guests will have access to Amani House in its entirety. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Bayview Apartment is attached to Amani and can be combined for a larger house. The dividing wall is sound proofed and Bayview Apartment has its own parking and private patio. The house is situated on a 5 acre property which has lots of space for all guests, a communal playground and space to wander to look for the resident koalas, echidnas, wallabies and kangaroos. Other things to note To experience Kangaroo Island at its best, a self drive holiday is recommended. You will need to book either a ferry or flights to get to Kangaroo Island and suggest you do this at time of booking your accommodation. We can book your ferry for you free of charge at slightly discounted rates. Flights are from Adelaide (ADL) to Kingscote (KGC). Hire vehicles are available at the airport and suggest that you book your vehicle prior to arrival. We offer in house catering through Michelle from Bites at the Bay with meals delivered to your unit for heating or BBQ. All meals need to be ordered in advance so request the menu so you can "eat out" in your own home after a day of sightseeing to enjoy the great views at Emu Bay Holiday Homes. Emu Bay is well located for sight seeing across the island.
