A House on the Dune: access to the beach and the GR34 at 100 from the Dune!

Our house in peace and without opposite, totally renovated ideally located on the dune of the beach of Pouldu in Santec, awaits you! the house has a living room-stay equipped with a chimney, the kitchen is done up and equipped. In the cellar a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. On the floor 3 rooms among which 2 equipped with beds 160 x200 (new), the 3rd room is equipped with a bunk bed 3 places, a fourth bed is possible in bed 80 x160. The garden of 700 m2 has a beautiful terrace of 30 m2 and gives access on the dune and the beach (110 meters). Enjoy swimming, beautiful walks by the sea with a view of the island of Batz! Our house is ideally located close to Roscoff.
