You just found Mammoth's hidden gem! Beautifully updated and spacious 1 bed/1bath condo in the heart of Mammoth. Condo is located in town near Vons grocery store and is walking distance to several popular restaurants. Mammoth’s free Green Line Shuttle that runs to Eagle Lodge ski area is directly outside of the complex. EASILY accessible ground floor corner unit - NO stairs to access the residence. New pellet stove, Bose sound bar and 65" OLED tv. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware! The space The bright and open floor plan of 833 sq. ft. sleeps 4 adults very comfortably. The master bedroom has a FIRM California King Tempur-Pedic bed and there is a Queen pull out bed in the living room couch that has an upgraded memory foam mattress. The redesigned and well thought out living room is spacious, bright, and cozy with an upgraded pellet stove (pellets provided) and ceramic tile throughout. After a long day enjoy either the 43” flat screen Smart LED TV in the bedroom or the huge 65”OLED Smart TV with Bose premium sound bar in the living room – both with complimentary Netflix streaming and cable during your stay. The kitchen is open and easy to move about with lots of counter top space to cook.It is very well equipped with cookware, and utensils as well as all new appliances to ensure cooking just about any meal at home is a breeze. Condo contains an in-unit stackable washer and dryer (supplies not provided) , as well as ample pillows and blankets for the master bedroom and pull out Queen sleeper. Management also provides initial complimentary toiletries for your stay. Wireless internet, cable and Netflix are provided; however, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather connectivity issues. There is also a zero tolerance policy on smoking of any kind including vaping in the condo, on the deck, or 25 feet within the building per HOA rules. We are also not a pet friendly condo. Our condo has been remodeled with comfort and convenience in mind, so whether your Mammoth vacation is centered on skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, hiking, or fishing - Mammoth Four Seasons will have you relaxing in no time. These advise Californians to “avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick.” Unit Pricing includes 16% Local TOT Assessment tax Town of Mammoth Lakes Certified Property TOT License - TOML-CPAN-15273 Your cleaning fee also covers the Town of Mammoth Lakes Occupancy tax that we need to pay the town for your reservation. The TOT in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc. The cleaning fee is also used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit.
