We have local shops within walking distance, plenty of space and private parking on the premises. The home is modernly decorated and is all-seasons ready to accommodate your needs. The home is an updated classic St. Paul home with an open staircase, bright kitchen, open layout into the formal dining room and an intimate living room. It has a bathroom and two bedrooms with queen-sized beds on the upper level, an option for a sleeper couch on the main level. Centrally located just two blocks away from a Green Line Stop (Snelling Ave & University Ave) and four blocks from the interstate (I-94), it is a convenient spot regardless of which side of the river you are looking to explore. The Green Line takes you straight to the new U.S. Bank Stadium, TCF Stadium or Target Field for all the sporting events, and Allianz soccer stadium. Note for sporting event visitors: free off-street parking for up to two cars and the U.S. Bank Stadium is only 5.9 miles from the house; however, high traffic is anticipated for major event and we strongly encourage you to utilize the train, especially since it is mere 0.2 miles from the front door. The airport is 7.6 miles away and by transferring the two train lines the city has to offer, Blue and Green, you can skip driving altogether and be at the house in about 45 minutes. we also recommend using the train to easily explore the parks, clubs, breweries and museums the Twin Cities have to offer.
