Loft (almost) by the sea

A big newly-renovated studio located on the ground floor, equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The strategic position, in a quiet area 10 minutes from the center of Civitanova and 150mt from the beach, makes it perfect for a comfortable stay and from which to go all the beauties of Civitanova and the Marche, from the footwear outlet to the green hills of Macerata area. City tax NOT INCLUDED, it's 1€ per person per night and it must be paid at the check in (starting June 1st) The space The accommodation was taken from the ground floor of the building where I grew up, that is my grandparents' factory, of which we have kept some distinctive detail and of which we have recovered a few characteristic pieces. The double bed is raised (with security protections), the sofa bed can accommodate up to 2 people. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, complete with oven and microwave, has a washing machine and a bathroom with shower. Guest access The accommodation is on the ground floor, the garden has access to all tenants of the building (my uncles and my parents) and the two cats, which generally do not create problems with other animals. Other things to note Despite the sea resort there is no air conditioning: with the renovation we have made interventions aimed at improving energy efficiency and the house is very cool even without the help of special tools.
