Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to preserve the authentic character of the house while providing everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a handcrafted island made from natural materials, a cosy dining area, a comfortable lounge and a separate toilet. Original stone elements, exposed wooden beams and elegant furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the house. Upstairs you'll find two beautifully furnished bedrooms and a modern Mediterranean-style bathroom designed to provide maximum comfort after a day spent exploring the coast. One of the highlights of the house is the private terrace surrounded by Mediterranean plants, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine, unwind with a glass of local wine or simply relax while soaking up the peaceful atmosphere of the Old Town. Despite its central location, the house is tucked away on the quieter side of the historic centre, allowing you to enjoy privacy while being only a short walk from beautiful beaches, the marina, restaurants, cafés, local shops and the picturesque waterfront promenade. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and private terrace, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. The terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, creating a peaceful outdoor space perfect for relaxing, dining or enjoying your morning coffee. Everything Vrsar has to offer is within easy walking distance, including beautiful beaches, the marina, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, local shops and scenic viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Other things to note Stone House Orsera is located within the pedestrian zone of Vrsar's historic Old Town. You may drive close to the house to unload your luggage, while free public parking is available approximately 200 metres from the property. The historic streets, beaches, marina, restaurants and shops are all just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Vrsar without using your car. Pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee, so your four-legged companion can enjoy your holiday with you.
