Cosy Hevelius studio

This stylish and central studio apartment has been recently renovated. The apartment is fully furnished and with central heating. The property offers a modern bathroom, a kitchenette with modern appliances (including Nespresso coffee machine) and all the basics, comfortable queen size bed and a smart TV. Our home is close to public transportation (including railway station) and lots of shops, restaurants and historical sites. Ideal for 1 or 2 people, but a small child may also be accomodated. The space The studio is about the size of a small hotel room (24 sq. m), with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), smart TV you can watch your own streaming service on, a table and chairs as well as a desk and a comfy chair to do your work. There is a closet for your use (partly occupied with apartment supplies) in which you will find an iron, iron board and a drying rack. The kitchenette includes sink, an under-counter refrigerator and dishwasher (dishwasher pods are under the sink) and induction and an oven, as well as an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. We provide Nespresso coffee pods and tea for you to make yourself. There are glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, pots and a frying pan. There is silverware, a can opener, a bottle opener. The bathroom is a completely separate room as well. There is a washing maschine and we provide washing pods (under the sink). We also provide hair dryer (under the sink) as well as basic sanitary products for your comfort in case of emergency (behind the mirror). There is also a balcony viewing a street where you can spend time relaxing on balcony chairs. Feel free to use the balcony chair cushions (which may be kept inside). Guest access Our studio is an apartment with its own entry. We will provide you with access to the building and keys to the apartment and you can check in any time after 4:00 PM - even if its late. If you want to come earlier, you can check with us and if its possible we'll be able to let you in early. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (or 3rd if you count ground floor as 1st floor). There is no elevator in the building. You may park your car: 1) in the backyard of the building (free of charge at all times); 2) in the street (fees apply on business days between 9:00AM and 5:00PM) 3) in one of the commercial parking (there are 3 in close proximity to the apartment). Other things to note Our studio is not appropriate for parties or events. We will charge a PLN 2,000 (ca. EUR 500) fee should you disobbey the above and Police or other authorities enforced the order. There is no smoking in the studio at all (including e-cigarettes and vapor cigarettes). We will charge a PLN 1,000 (ca. EUR 250) fee if you have smoked in the apartment.
