Finally the Perfect Escape in Niagara!

Come relax at the Silverback Cottage in Ontario's wine country in Lincoln Town. This cozy cedar cottage makes the perfect retreat secluded on an acreage of fruit orchards surrounded by award-winning wineries. We're also close to several scenic attractions such as Bruce's Trail, Ball's Falls Conservation Area, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls (please check our map for approximate location). The space This exclusive private cottage features an open-concept design, high vaulted ceilings, exposed brick, a spiral staircase leading up to a serene open loft bedroom and large windows overlooking the fruit orchards and vineyards. The Silverback Cottage makes a perfect private retreat for artists looking for inspiration, wine enthusiasts, nature lovers or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. This secluded cottage is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views - a perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking utensils, a microwave, a compact fridge, small coiled stoves, a hot water kettle and Keurig single-serve coffee maker perfect for making snacks or a simple meal. No oven or toaster is available. Our water is filtered through a UV purification system. This is a non-chemical natural method to disinfect water and protect against bacteria, cysts and viruses. We can also help answer any questions you may have. Guest access During your stay, this cottage is your private retreat and guests will have access to the entire cottage. In the warmer months, you can borrow our 2 bikes. Wifi is available (35 Mbps) as well as a 32" Samsung Smart TV (to connect to your Netflix account). Cable TV is not available but rabbit ears might get you some HD channels. You may occasionally see friendly farmers working in the orchards during the day, particularly in the warmer seasons, but rest assured, your privacy is maintained. Other things to note + We've thoughtfully and lovingly designed our space with comfort and serenity in mind. Please treat this place with care and respect it by leaving it the way you found it. + This cottage is on a septic and cistern system. Please don’t waste water and do not flush anything other than toilet paper. + No breakfast is served as we are not on premise. We provide a Keurig with pods and there is a hot water kettle. + Due to the spiral staircase, you may want to reconsider if you have physical mobility issues. + This cottage is secluded and amongst fruit orchards so there will likely be harmless fruit flies during the warmer seasons. + No open-air fires allowed (bonfires, campfires, etc.) as we do not have a permit. Open-air burning within the Town of Lincoln is prohibited by the Ontario Fire Code unless an Open Air Fire Permit is obtained. + Please be respectful to our neighbours and the farmers working on the land. + Please consider the next guests by respecting the check-in and check-out times as the place is professionally cleaned after every guest.
