This is a lovely family complex, non smoking /vaping and no pets allowed in the apartment. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. Please note that the vents are part of a centralised system within the complex. 🪲 As part of Australia’s natural environment, occasional household pests (such as ants, flies or spiders) can appear, particularly during warmer months. We take preventative measures including regular cleaning and pest control, however their presence cannot be entirely eliminated.
