Simply stroll across the road for easy beach access. The property boasts a large outdoor deck with 180 degree water views which can also be enjoyed from the kitchen and living areas. Bedding configuration consists of two Queen bedrooms [one with ensuite with double shower heads] and a 3rd bedroom containing 2 single-sized bunk beds [sleeping 4] and a cot. The kitchen has a 450 litre bottom-mount fridge/freezer, 900mm electric stove and gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a large TV with DVD player and DVD library, an 8 person dining table, highchair, and two large lounge suites complete the living area. The laundry is equipped with both a washing machine and dryer. Detergents for handwashing, dishwasher and washing machine are supplied.
