Villa Fantasia is perched on a hillside above the village of Vassilikades,a perfect retreat for a family or group holiday, just a 15 minute drive from Fiskardo. The views are spectacular as are the sunsets that can be enjoyed from the terrace area. On the ground floor is an open plan living area with a fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area with table and chairs and a lounge with TV and DVD player. Also on this level there is a twin bedroom with separate bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and Iron. Doors lead from the living area out onto a large shades balcony area and then on down to the pool terrace. Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, 1 double with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin, 1 with ensuite bathroom the other with a separate bathroom. Doors from the bedrooms lead out onto a large shared balcony with stunning views down to the sea. The large garden/terrace area is mainly tiled with flower beds and a bbq, with the private swimming pool being the centre piece. There are also plenty of areas perfect for enjoying an evening BBQ whilst watching the stunning sunset. If you can't go a few days without being connected to the internet, you'll be pleased to here that Villa Fantasia also provides Wi-Fi for your use. The totally private freshwater swimming pool faces west. Pool Size: 8m x 4,5m Depths: 1m - 1,6m Around the pool are sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The main balcony, in front of the living/dining room, overlooks the pool making it an ideal place for 'alfresco' meals while watching younger ones in the pool. To the side of the pool is a brick built BBQ to make full use of summer living. Other things to note Exploring in the area is easy with plenty of beaches to visit, all of them are pebble with crystal clear waters, some have tavernas close by, others almost deserted, although just that little bit harder to find, but well worth the extra effort. The famous Myrtos Beach is just a 20 minute drive. If you are interested in history then this is the perfect base with the Byzantian Castle of Assos and the recently discovered Roman remains in nearby Fiskardo.
