Milby is a quiet hamlet about half a mile from Boroughbridge. The cottage adjoins the main house but is completely self-contained. There is a private yard and parking area. The cottage is close to Boroughbridge which has pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Ripon, Knaresborough, Harrogate, York, The Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors are all within easy reach. Sorry no pets. The space The cottage is self-contained and private. There is a large utility area which leads into the living area. There is a step from the sitting room to the inner vestibule. The bathroom is on the ground floor. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. There is a handrail fitted. Other things to note The cottage is self - catering only
