Beach and Garden House

This is a wonderfull and luxury front sea house of 90 sq. m. in a plot of 700 sq. m. .with its own private bio vegetable garden, BBQ and child playground! The space Our house is in Kavouri Katakolomos Ilias and what makes it unique, is its excellent location and sparkling cleanliness. In front of the sea, there is a space with excellent and unlimited views of the whole beach. This place has a tree house, a playground with swings, sun loungers and a table under a straw umbrella, for drinks, food and rest in the sea breeze day and night. Also, behind this space and in front of the house, there is an outdoor Dining Room-Living Room with TV. A cool place to rest and relax 24 hours a day, under large trees and a tent, with also a very nice view of the sea. It has three rooms equipped with heating, air conditioning and TV. A large kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and an outdoor shower. It should also be highlighted, that at the back of the plot there is a garden to cut, whenever you want, fresh and organic vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, peppers and zucchini ). The cleaning of the outdoor areas, the watering of the vegetables, the lawn and the other plants of the garden, will be done by us or a permanent gardener. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all areas around the house and in front of the sea, approximately 700 sqm, plus the shared entrance area. In the closets and drawers there are enough sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc. In the same fenced plot of 1800 sqm, there are two more houses of my sister and my brother, used by them. Other things to note The long and sandy beach along with the shallow sea and our own open spaces and playgrounds, make this residence ideal for toddlers, young children, but also for adults.
