The apartment is in a quiet location and is 3 minutes walk from Porto Koukla beach, 14km from Zakynthos town and 3 km from Laganas. The apartment features air conditioning, a seating and dining area and offers a sun terrace. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, cooking oven, refrigerator. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub and free toiletries. Free parking is provided as well Other things to note - We expect that you will respect our home and keep it clean without causing damage. - Please because you will live with other neighbors to be quiet after 10:30 am. - We always ask that you lock the door when you leave and be polite to the neighbors. - In case of breakage, leaks, stains, etc. Please let George know. - If the house keys are lost, a replacement fee will be charged.
