Description

This is a traditional Japanese house built in the countryside of Iga, the home of the ninja. Although you can come by public transportation, it is more convenient to come by car as it is quite a rural area. The hot spring is 5 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to the castle town of Iga Ueno. 25 minutes to Mokumoku Farm. 30 minutes to Igayaki no Sato. 45 minutes to Suzuka Circuit. 50 minutes to Akame Shijuhachi Falls National Park. 1 hour to Ise Jingu. 1 hour to Horyuji Temple. The space There are three Japanese-style rooms on the first floor, 10 tatami, 10 tatami, and 8 tatami, and up to 16 futons can be laid out. The second floor is a one-floor, open living room with an atrium. If you also place futons on the second floor, it is possible to accommodate more than 17 people. There are three toilets: one on the first floor, one on the second floor, and one outside. There is only one bath, shower, and washroom on the first floor. There is one simple washstand and one sink on the second floor. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, liquid laundry detergent, etc. are all made with safe and 100% natural ingredients. Please feel free to use it. We have a sufficient number of towels for both face and bath towels. Please bring your toothbrush and nightwear. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. There is a drying area on the west side (outside) of the house. Things in the kitchen: Most basic things such as cooking utensils, tableware, and seasonings are available. Water purifier, rice cooker (10 cups), water oven (Sharp Healsio), automatic cooking pot (Sharp Hot Cook), coffee maker (10 cups) ), electric coffee grinder, Soda Stream, 7 stainless steel multi-structure pots (1large, 2 medium, 2 small), ceramic frying pan, 2 cassette stoves, 2 clay pots, etc. *Free rental items :BBQ stoves, bonfire stands, pools (2m x 1.5m and 3m x 1.8m), and buckets for fireworks , Picnic sheet can be rented out free of charge. Please contact us in advance if you wish. (Please clean the BBQ stove after use.) *If you would like a projector and screen, please let us know in advance. We will prepare it for you. Guest access You can use all spaces except the backyard (management room and storage room). Other things to note ○Please refrain from using perfumes or hair tonics with strong scents. ○In summer, there is an air conditioner in the living and kitchen space on the first floor, but there is no air conditioner in the other three Japanese-style rooms on the first floor and the living space on the second floor. This is an old-fashioned Japanese house with a pleasant breeze flowing through it. Even in summer, it can be cool in the evening and a little chilly at dawn. There are 3 electric fans and 1 circulator. ◯ In winter, each of the three Japanese-style rooms on the first floor has a panel heater. (The panel heaters can be used while sleeping.) There is also a gas fan heater that can warm all three Japanese-style rooms at once by opening the sliding doors. The living room on the first floor has an air conditioner and a gas fan heater. There are two far-infrared gas stoves on the second floor. If you have small children, you can replace them with two gas fan heaters. (The gas stoves and gas fan heaters cannot be used while sleeping.) ○The space on the second floor is comfortable in spring and autumn. ○Smoking is prohibited indoors. If anyone wants to smoke, please let us know and we will place an ashtray on the bench to your left as you exit the entrance. ○ You can also get there by public transportation (1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop), but since it's in a fairly rural area, it's more convenient to come by car for shopping or to go to the hot springs. (There are only a few buses per day from Ueno-shi Station. ) *If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
