Large studio located in a small condominium on the ground floor, courtyard side. You will appreciate the mezzanine which is located at 1.80 m, allowing you to fully enjoy the 22 m2! Not to mention breakfast at your disposal: instant coffee (a Nespresso coffee maker is also at your disposal), tea, orange juice, baguette, butter, jam and madeleine. Every space has a window. The space The living area consists of a built-in cupboard, shelves, table, chairs, sofa, TV and mezzanine. The kitchen area is equipped with a freezer and a microwave. Its "bar" separates it from the living area. The bathroom and toilet are separate. All linens are cleaned between guests. A laundromat is located at the end of the street. Small grocery store: oil, vinegar, salt. Arrivals and departures are: - on weekdays between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., - on weekends before 8 p.m. Don't hesitate to let us know your wishes in advance, we will try to adapt and reconcile everyone's wishes. Guest access The street is one-way. For professional reasons, we cannot accommodate check-ins and check-outs before 6:30 p.m. on weekdays. We will always do our best! Other things to note In response to the health crisis, the accommodation is disinfected between guests. We also leave you some disinfectant wipes. Registration Details ....................
