Uninterrupted water views

Your beachside getaway cottage enjoys uninterrupted water views from the lounge, main bedroom and kitchen and is a great spot to relax and put your feet up. There are lots of lovely options for things to do in and around Tin Can Bay. 2 queen beds in light and airy bedrooms will sleep 4 with ease. Situated close to restaurants and shops, and with water views this house will make you want to linger longer! Please be sure to include the number of pets when you confirm the number of guests. The space I have set the house up to support relaxing at the beach. Just unlock the door and relax! The house enjoys uninterrupted views of the estuary. 2 spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom and open plan living area. Short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and wild dolphins who visit every day. Please note that there are 2 queen beds, so if you have children they will need to share the queen bed in the second bedroom, or draw straws for the couch. Woolworths and IGA are very close by if needed, but there are some nice restaurants to explore too. Chinese at the Country Club is very popular, as well as the Marina Bar and Grill and the Snack Shack for the best fish and chips and other seafood deliciousness. Decorated with the beach in mind, the house reflects the colours of the Cooloola Coast. The kitchen will make cooking local prawns a breeze. With sustainability in mind, I’ve set up the house with high quality opshop finds. This means that things seldom match and results in less going to landfill and more being recycled or up cycled. It’s my way of trying to care for our planet. Guest access The whole house is available for your enjoyment. The driveway can be used for your car and will fit 2 cars if needed. There is space to store your tinny too. Other things to note There is a tap and hose on the left hand side of the house to wash sand off your feet when coming back from the beach.
