My home is located just off Rte. 5A, in the village of Westmore. 20 mins to Burke Mtn. and 1 hr. to Jay Peak. Hiking trails and ice climbing on Mt. Pisgah. and a short drive to Kingdom Trails and Burke Mtn. bike park. Just minutes to beaches at both north and south ends of the lake. Country store with Pizza & Deli within walking distance. Local pub & restaurants nearby. Boat access across road. Come and visit --Your room is always ready! Your room is located up the flight of stairs to the left. It contains 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe and mirror. The bathroom, located in the central hallway, is shared if I have other guests, otherwise its all yours. Guests have access to the kitchen and dining area, the deck off dining room and the seasonal front porch. You can use any of the cookware and dishes to prepare food if you like to. Come on in and make yourselves at home. I am in and out quite a bit and if I am not here to greet you, I will send you self-check in instructions. I am available to answer any questions you may have, and there is a book in the room which gives info on the local area and menus for the various restaurants nearby. Need an early or late check in? My place is situated directly across the road from the lake. There is a great little country store within walking distance which has a deli, pizza and baked goods, and 2 restaurants just a short distance away. There is no public transportation of any kind here, and you will need a car to get around. I have maps and can give you directions if you need it. The room is up a flight of stairs, not much trouble for most people, but just be aware.
