The Sugar Shack

The Sugar Shack is a lovely 4 bedroom fully airconditioned home situated in the heart of Lucinda. The beach, park and fishing jetty are only 200m away, the local pub/restaurant is just 400m away and it's a 3min drive to Dungeness boat ramp. It is a perfect house for families or a fishing getaway! The space The house features a large back entertaining deck overlooking the ocean, huge BBQ, large kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, microwave and oven as well as a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The 4th bedroom downstairs is a mini self-contained room equipped with kitchenette, tv, queen bed, air conditioning and adjacent bathroom. Perfect for a 2nd family or additional space and privacy for multiple guests. A freezer specifically for fishing bait is available to use. For guests with babies a portacot is available upon request. Towels, sheets, pillows are provided along with tea,coffee,sugar and other basic household supplies.
