The Apartment is designed and featured to environmental consciousness. Rugs placed in each unit are all locally handmade of cloth’s remnants from factory. All Studio rooms are on the ground floor and each unit has a piece of glass on the wall bringing natural daylight, reducing the use of electric light and saving you daily power consumption. Light bulbs installed in each unit and entire the Apartment area are kind of LED (Light-Emitting Diode) which are energy-efficient and durable. The space Phan NaTa Apartment was named in the abbreviation of my beloved peoples' names whose Phan is the name of my late beloved father, Na is of my son and Ta is of my daughter. There is a piece of glass on the wall bringing natural daylight to all units on ground floor while those on upper floor are widely open to daylight through connecting glass wall and door to balcony, reducing the use of electric light and saving you daily power consumption. Light bulbs installed in each unit and entire the Apartment area are kind of LED (Light-Emitting Diode) which are energy-efficient and durable. You will feel at ease living as be your home with our complete setting/facilities. Each Studio Room is air-conditioned and a ceiling fan, a king bed, a cable TV, attached to kitchenette with cooking utensils, a fridge and a washer. Further, each has its direct access to lush tropical garden. Guest access 1. The premise is surfaced with a lush tropical garden. The venue is perfect for preparing BBQ or dinner for your own party/group with our BBQ facilities available on request. 2. There is a safe 24-hrs security parking space for your vehicles. The vicinity area is safe for traveling either day or night. 3. Water Dispenser: join the plastic reduction campaign by getting the bottle of water refilled at our dispenser placed in the restaurant area. Other things to note 1. The Apartment has 11 units (4× One Bedroom Suites and 7× Studio rooms). Please send us your request when you find the listing is fully booked some date as we may have other units available. 2. Check-in time is at 2pm, check-out time is at 12 noon. Earlier check-in and late check-out will be offered free of charge (subject to availability). Please let us informed if you are going to be earlier or late for check-in. 3. Pickup service from the airport is $30 by private car and $40 by private minivan. Shuttle van (sharing) from the airport is only $9 per person. Advance notice is recommended for smooth arrangement and readiness. 4.Power outage – It is occasional as Electricity of Cambodia (EDC) would carry out the electrical inspection, maintenance, and/or power wire relocation. Despite, Hotel run her own generator for power backup but the sudden pause of power supply is inevitable during the transition moment. 5. Pet-Friendly listing: Small pets (dogs, cats weigh below 10kgs) are allowed subject to advance notice. However, pets’ owner is obliged to ensure that no harmful treat, disturbance to other residents and staffs.
