Sunnyside Cottage, in the Silverdale AONB, is the perfect location for walkers, cyclists, golfers and birdwatchers. Just 300 yards from the coast and close to the Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve, Golf Club and leisure centre with swimming pool/gym nearby and close to pubs and shops. It is fully refurbished, with gas central heating, Wi-Fi, large screen smart TV, pleasant courtyard and off-road parking. One well behaved dog welcome. Our preferred check-in day is Saturday, although this is flexible. The space Sunnyside Cottage has 50+ 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor, with many guests returning regularly. It is cool in the summer, with a lovely courtyard for sitting outside. It is warm and cosy in the winter with "Hive" controlled gas central heating and a living gas fire. With unlimited, superfast (1000Mbps) WiFi and a desk it is also perfect for those who need to take their work with them, or for creative types who are into painting or writing. Please note that although a garden is shown in the listing, the main sitting out area is actually a private fully enclosed courtyard, with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Other things to note Please note there are steps leading down from the parking area, making this property unsuitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. Dogs are welcome at £20 per booking. If you wish to bring a dog, please enter '1 x pet' on the drop-down menu for guests, labelled 'Who' when making your booking. Please note that the secure courtyard which surrounds the cottage is a flagged area. Dogs will need to be taken up the steps to the grassed area by the parking space to do their business. No other pets, please - dogs only. Please note that our bookings normally run Saturday to Saturday, please message us if you wish to book at other times.
