Our new cozy studio is located in a 1880s house, on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building! The windows face south to a quiet courtyard, modern double-glazed windows, blinds and blackout curtains. The size of the studio is 12 sq m. Guest access At your disposal: clean bed linen, blankets, pillows and a set of towels for each guest. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge-freezer and utensils for cooking. There is a wardrobe with hangers. The shower room has a hairdryer, soap, gel, shampoo. There is a small storage room. Other things to note The common corridor connects 4 studios, it has a surveillance camera, washing machine with dryer, ironing board and iron.
