Studio by Eden Project/ Knightor Winery

A fresh, vibrant, comfortable space for a couple to stay while exploring Cornwall. Located in a tranquil village connected to The Eden Project via walking / cycling trails, walking distance from Knightor Winery and with loads of scenic walks on the doorstep. We are handily located for the stunning beaches of St Austell Bay and a 30 minute drive from Newquay's surf beaches. The harbour village of Charlestown is three miles away and we are within easy reach of the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The space Contemporary, minimalist first floor self-catering studio in a rural location, with a small outdoor space. Walking distance from the Eden Project and Knightor Winery and easy access to beaches and Charlestown. Beautiful walks in the village. Guest access Guests will have sole access to this open plan space which has an en-suite shower room. Other things to note If you’d like one, we’ll leave a cream tea in the studio for your arrival. The self catering facilities comprise a two ring table top hob, a microwave, a toaster and kettle. Not enough to prepare a roast, but it will allow you to eat in. The king size (5ft) bed is comfortable with Egyptian cotton bedding and it’s very quiet in the village. Although there is no tv, we have very good internet access for streaming, or working. It’s an electric shower not a power shower. There is off road parking for one car. If you need to bring a second car there is parking available in the village hall car park. For stays of more than two nights we recommend a car.
