Our house is located surrounded by meadows, fields and beautiful, old Tyrolean farms, in a wonderfully quiet panoramic location, on the sunny side of Alpbach, within walking distance of the town center and is ideal for hikers, athletes, families, connoisseurs. The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains inspires; sauna=private spa Children's playground with sandbox, slide, trampoline, swing, guest herb garden. Center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 min. The space approx. 85 m²; for 2 – 6 people; three bedrooms with a double bed each. Spacious kitchen and living room with spacious dining table, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV and satellite TV, DVD player, radio, large game collection. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove/oven with ceramic hob. Other kitchen equipment: coffee machine, coffee filter, kettle, crockery, silverware, glasses, pots, salt, pepper, sugar, tea towels, dishwasher tabs, Wettex. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, soap dispenser. Extra separate toilet Huge south-facing balcony with sun loungers, dining table and chairs. The kitchen and living room as well as all three bedrooms have access to the balcony. We are happy to provide free of charge for our youngest guests: cot with duvet, high chair, changing mat. Guest access Children's playground, slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden, wellness area - with combined organic/Finnish/steam sauna, experience shower, loungers and access to the garden (to refresh yourself after the sauna session outdoors!) Other things to note Depending on the season, you get many free services; in winter: eg snowshoe hikes, torchlight hikes, free sledge rental, etc. in summer: eg Alpbacher Bergbahnen, admission to the Hofemuseum, to various lakes, etc. The tourist tax of €3.50/night/person (over 15 years old) is collected in cash on site. Minimum stay 4-7 nights, partly only possible from Saturday to Saturday
