Each unit has its own private entrance, and you'll be able to enjoy all the amenities exclusively for your group. You'll have 2 fully air-conditioned rooms, 2 bath, your own tv and kitchen. THE FIRST FLOOR: Features an open layout with a cozy living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a stylish dining area. Stay cool and comfortable with an electric fan (please note: no AC on the first floor). KITCHEN: a variety of pots and pans so you can whip up dinner for your family, a romantic meal for two, or save money by eating at home before going out. A large fridge is available to hold your leftovers from nearby restaurants. LIVING ROOM: this area features an HD tv and a plush, stylish sofa that easily transforms into a full bed—perfect for extra guests to enjoy a good night’s rest. DINING: Right off the living room, family dinner is shared on a long wooden table with a bench on each side. BATHROOM 1: Has a hot/cold shower, vanity mirror, a rain shower and a toilet that’s equipped with a bidet spray. Also has all the necessary amenities - towels, toilet paper, shampoo & soap. THE SECOND FLOOR: Features 2 bedrooms with AC. BEDROOM 1: equipped with a cool AC, snuggle underneath a comforter or sleep throughout the day on a queen-sized bed. A closet to put in your stuff and lots of hooks to hang your hangables. BEDROOM 2: this Air-Conditioned room has two queen sized beds with a closet. Connects to Bathroom 2. BATHROOM 2: connects to Bedroom 2. Need a hot/cold shower? You can have it. The toilet has a bidet spray for that clean feeling. Everything you need for a night out on the town! Get ready to dance in style with a hair dryer and a well-lit makeup vanity. Before heading out, you’ll get a chance to check your whole appearance with a full-length mirror. The GAZEBO: For the outside dining for some guests who would like to do some barbecue (charcoal is provided by the guest) and entertainment for their friends and relatives who visit them when they are here touring the area. We need to charge Php1000 for the use of gazebo amenities; but if you just want to hang out in the gazebo, no problem. DRIVER'S ROOM: For the drivers of guests who drive them around, the gazebo has an attached room with a portable fan. We experienced that some guests especially the foreigners hired drivers and do not want them to share the units. Some drivers just sleep in their cars, and we felt so bad about it. They do not have enough comfort in those situations. So we decided to build private room for them outside the units. There's an extra charge of PHP275 per person per night.
