Cozy modern condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Walking distance to shops, malls, top restaurants, art galleries & more. Popular destinations include talking stick casino, Camelback Mountain hike trails, Dessert Botanical Gardens. There is a fabulous green belt steps away for those that like scenic runs or bike rides. The space The space includes 1 king bed in the bedroom, a queen size pull out sofa and an air mattress is available. Located on the 4th floor, you won't have to worry about someone stomping around above you. The beautiful pool is just steps away located in the center of the complex. Pool hours are 9am-10pm. Laundry is shared for each floor and is operated by credit card. The laundry room is only accessible to residents with their key fob. Guest access Guest access through a keypad that has a distinct code for each stay. keys are not required (but are available) and guests will receive the code the day prior to their arrival. There is a great walking path that is 2 blocks away that is a green belt of grass, trees and ponds that spreads for several miles. Other things to note The building has shared air through the year, this means that the heat runs from November through the beginning of April and AC from April till November. In April and November there is a turnover of the AC to accommodate the upcoming season that can last from 2days-2 weeks. During this time I provide either an in unit AC cooling unit or a space heater to keep things comfortable. The pool has strict, but basic, rules such as no glass in the pool area and you may only have food and beverage outside of the pool. Unfortunately no drinks of any kind can be consumed while in the water. If you decide to dry your towel outside, do not hang it over the balcony, hang them over the outdoor lounge chairs. It's a fineable offense at this complex to have stuff hanging on the balcony rail. Most public spaces are in the center of the complex including the pool, hot tub and fitness center. There will be a key fob on the desk upon your arrival. Use that to access the pool and laundry. The office by the pool is for residents, if at any point during your stay you have a problem or need assistance, contact me first and we will solve it. Please be mindful and respectful of the complex rules, any violations result in a $75 fine which I will pass on the guest that has made the offense. (Building Disclosure) I have to write this since I had an absurd guest leave because they said they saw cracks in the building and felt unsafe of the structural integrity. Upon inspection from myself and the building mngt, there are no cracks in the building, it is sturdy and stable. The guest that made the claim would not disclose the apparent photos they took.
