The property is a charming 1930s house in a safe, quiet, leafy area just 10 mins walk from Morden underground and takes is 25 mins to central London. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, 3 supermarkets and a pub. Wimbledon is a 20 min walk and has cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre, 2 cinemas and a theatre. Free roadside parking 4pm to 10am Mon-Fri and free all weekend. Private paid parking by request. The space NO KITCHEN FACILITIES Very fast wifi Enhanced cleaning throughout. This is a small room with a 3ft single bed. It’s ideal for 1 person who is happy with a small space. This is a charming 1930s house spread over 3 floors. Entrance hall is on the ground floor, host accommodation and one guest bedroom on the 1st floor, 2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom on the 2nd floor. Kettle facilities are in the room with complimentary tea/coffee etc and breakfast biscuit. Road side parking is free 4pm to 10am Monday to Friday and free all weekend. Private parking is available by request Guest access NO KITCHEN FACILITIES available . Guests have access to their room and shared bathroom During your stay I am happy to interact with my guests as much or little as they would like. I’m usually at home and very happy to give advice on what to see and help with directions on how to get around Other things to note Enhanced cleaning is carried out throughout the property on a daily basis. Sanitising wipes are provided in the bathroom for guests to use apart from the daily clean carried out by the host. A bottle of sanitiser is located in the porch for all guests to use prior to entering the house. Communal areas such as bannisters, front door handle and key safe are sanitised several times a day I have a private driveway available for a small daily fee but guests should check availability before booking if use of the driveway is essential. Roadside parking is free Monday to Friday 4pm till 10am and all weekend. A lot of metered parking is available throughout the day within a one minute walk
