If there is any damaged, the deposit will not be returned. 8.Electricity/Water Bills Charged ONLY for EXCESSIVE amount over 100USD/month or short stay. Electricity: 700 Units(kWh)/ month or short stay. "1 unit/4.4 Baht". Lower than mentioned is FREE. So Please, TURN OFF Air Conditioning/Light/Water when not home or in use 9.On the day of Check-out (before 2pm), Please drop the key card into mail box number 234/43 in mailbox room (G floor) before leaving. And tell host via message or telephone. 10.Sent a passport photo of whole guests direct to the host before check in date.
