Ashbourne Lake retreat

Cammeray Waters is an oasis in the middle of the bush just 10 minutes drive from Woodend. These newly refurbished rooms have amazing views of the lake and plenty of room for a family of five. With complimentary use of fishing rods, mountain bikes & 9 hole golf course all included along with beautiful walking tracks around the property it has everything you need for an idyllic country getaway with the family. The space The newly renovated family room has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king bed & the second bedroom has a triple bunk bed. Both rooms can access the large bathroom. The rooms are quite spacious and plenty of seating is provided. In the cold Macedon Ranges winters, great heating is a must plus electric blankets are provided along with extra blankets to make sure you are snug & warm. A split system ensures everyone is cool in summer. Tea & coffee making facilities, along with Nespresso machine, bar fridge, toaster and a microwave plus free Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have access to our games room with tabletennis, darts & a pool table and also our gym. Other things to note Please be aware the cottage is in a row of 6 and other guests may be booked in our other listings. We ask our Airbnb guests to be thoughtful to other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm and in the morning before 9.00am. Please return all bikes fishing rods etc when you are finished. A car is a necessity to explore the local area. We are 10km from Woodend train station. Shuttle buses do travel from Melbourne Airport to Woodend station. Taxis and Ubers need to be prebooked due to limited availability. The property is also a working farm with sheep on the property. When exploring this vast 400 hectare property please ensure if you open any gates that they are closed behind you. The manager Dee lives onsite with her family and two dogs Dusty & Smurf who may greet you on arrival & also Milly & Maisie the cats may be seen wandering the property.
