Agon-Coutainville, Pretty house with courtyard and yard

Charming house completely renovated (2021) on Rue d'Agon. Rue d'Agon is an atypical street in Agon-Coutainville located between the village of Agon and the Bay of Siena below. This is a very quiet environment overlooking nature and more particularly the Seine estuary with Regnéville-sur-Mer as a backdrop. The house is on a small street leading into the fields and therefore with very little traffic. The space The house is completed by a courtyard (south facing) overlooking the Bay of Sienne below. The courtyard is sheltered and protected from the wind by the barn which makes up the 3rd side of it. The house has a street-side entrance (single-story) and a courtyard-side entrance which is accessed by crossing four steps. Kitchen, living room and shower room are on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are upstairs. The house is very bright and open on 3 sides (east, south, west). Please note that the house is not equipped with TV or WiFi. Other things to note The house was completely renovated in 2021 and the work is now complete. On the other hand, due to the pandemic, some deliveries have been delayed, which is why the spotlights in the living room have not yet been delivered and therefore not yet installed. Thank you for understanding this point. Finally, we are having a lot of difficulty reaching Orange to get an appointment to install a box. So there is no internet or TV in the house at the moment.
