Cockburn Home is one-half of a 4-bedroom house with private enrty that sits on a 5-acre property in Banjup, only 2.7 km to the Cockburn Central train station. It is 15 minutes drive on the Freeway to Perth CBD. Please take note that our rates are determined both by number of guests and whether access to the second bedroom is required. In cases of bookings for two guests who require to sleep in separate bedrooms, please set the number of guests to three. The space My wife and I live in one side of the house while the guests stay in another side with your private entry and space. The guest wing consists of a large master bedroom with reverse cycle A/C ensuite (with private bathroom and toilet, a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe), a second bedroom (with a double and a single bed, open only to bookings made for more than two people, and a large lounge with reclining sofas and coffee table. The property is advertised as NO Kitchen, albeit we do provide simple cooking facilities (toaster, microwave, a traditional oven with two cooktops) and cookware. You may find cooking inconvenient as the wash basin is a camping style portable sink located outside the unit. Linen, towels, utensils and basic provisions are also provided. Free WiFi is provided. Parking is available in the carport. Water is supplied by a bore that runs on a pressure pump system. The water is very good quality and quite palatable as it contains no chlorine as the scheme waters do. Hot water for taps is powered by solar system. A washing machine is available upon arrangement with the host. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the master bedroom, lounge, dining area in their space. The second bedroom is open to bookings made for more than three people. In cases of bookings for two guests who require to sleep in separate bedrooms, please set the number of guests to three. Carport and veranda areas are shared. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THAT: 1. A full barbeque set is available outside the house on the veranda. 2.
