There are 3 double bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom, with separate toilet. There is a family room with its own large TV and a lounge with its own TV and DVD player so parents and children can watch their own programs simultaneously. There is a study nook with desk top for computers and printers. The Alfresco outdoor living area has table and chairs plus a 4 burner BBQ. The kitchen has an island bench plus all the latest equipment including, dishwasher, 6 burner stove, an ice dispensing fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A full range of kitchen utensils, pots, pans and cutlery is provided. There are tiled floors to all areas and carpet in all bedrooms. Hot water is instantaneous gas so you never run out of hot water.
