The property offers a maximum of 10 beds divided into 2 apartments, equipped with terraces, garden and solarium and swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. On the equipped terraces and in the garden it is possible to have lunch and dinner in total privacy and tranquility. The rooms are large and bright. 4 portable floor fans are provided, the bathrooms are both recently renovated and both equipped with a shower cabin and, as regards the Ground Floor, a bathtub. The Ground Floor, 130 square meters, is characterized by a large living room, also equipped with a double sofa bed for a total of 6 beds. Open kitchen overlooking the private garden, 60 square meters, is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and small freezer, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The living room overlooks the 35 square meter terrace, with a view of the hills and the Etruscan Coast. Two large bedrooms equipped with chests of drawers, wardrobes and 2 double beds. From the villa you can walk to the center of the small hill town in 10 minutes, equipped with bars, food shops, restaurants, public garden, pharmacy, post office and bank. During the summer the associations of the town organize some peasant and musical themed parties depending on the town's celebrations.
