This luxury apartment is set in a tranquil, secure estate and located centrally to major business centres, good restaurants, malls and tourist attractions. Well appointed furnishings, a large sunny bedroom with double cupboards, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The Lounge has a TV with full bouquet cable access and Wi-Fi connection. All are welcome to relax and enjoy The space We offer a comfortable apartment that provides a variety of special touches to make you feel valued and welcome. When arriving you will have a dedicated and safe parking bay directly in front of the apartment that makes the transfer of your luggage a breeze. A comfy lounge with soft touches invites you to relax and enjoy a cuppa while watching your favorite movie or series. A comfortable work space, with fold out desk feature or dining table, perfect for business, is nestled in the lounge area. The kitchenette is neatly stocked for plating your meals. The bedroom has a chair to double up as desk chair, a super comfortable queen size bed with luxury linen and electric blanket for the winter. There is a double built in cupboard for your hanging garments and a shelved cupboard. A clean scented en-suite bathroom accommodating a washing machine, washing rack, ironing board and supply cupboard. The air conditioner is a welcome addition for the very warm summer months. A gas heater is available for heating in winter. An external patio creates a lovely ambiance to enjoy a sundowner or a tea. Guest access Guests have seperate access points to the apartment and the exterior amenities. Parking for one vehicle is available right in front of the apartment for added convenience. NB! - please check House Manual for important check-in instructions after booking. Other things to note Both Darryl and I are fully contactable and able to assist should it be required. Our cat, Micky, is partial to sleeping until early afternoon after which he ventures out into the complex for a quick visit and then generally waits like a sentry for us to come home. We do not encourage our animals to enter the apartment and would appreciate your cooperation in this regard. Our dogs, Ted and Charlie are friendly and should you wish to interact with them you will find them to be highly socialised and pleasant, they can however be separated from the apartment should you request this.
