Located in a private complex, it is part of an exclusive enclave that includes Ayala Westgrove, St. Scholastica College, South Forbes Golf City and St. Benedict Parish. Notwithstanding, it is a few minutes drive to CALAX, Enchanted Kingdom and De LaSalle. The space A cool ambience and classy decor adorn our studio unit, providing homy convenience and your private space in a secluded and exclusive condominium complex. Here you can enjoy your privacy and quiet time. A garden lounge with open air greenery is a few steps from the unit providing you a relaxing space after a long day of work or travel. Whether traveling on business or enjoying time out on your staycation, the 25Mbps internet and Netflix gives you the option to binge watch your desired TV series and movies or stay on top of the latest news or your business. The queen bed and sofa bed provides sleeping space for 2-3person max. The kitchen has functional quality household appliances such as induction cooker (Hamden-Italy), microwave (American Home), water heater, rice cooker, refrigerator. Cookware - pot and frying pan, cooking and dining utensils and drinking glasses/cups are available for your convenience if you want to cook and dine in. Various restaurants in the adjoining building at Stanford 1 and nearby areas are readily accessible for your dine out experience. For your convenience, a flat iron and hair dryer are available in the dresser cabinet.. making work morning preparation easy and quick... In addition, the building has 24-hour security personnel and CCTV cameras to further enhance security. Our unit is also a few steps away from the fire exit in cases of emergency. Guest access A lap pool and kiddie pool, a jog path at the top of the building and garden lounges are accessible to guests. Other things to note No washing machine is provided but the building has laundromats. Parking is free but limited slots are available on a first come, first served basis. The property management security measures require that guest passes are processed by the property manager and the guards on duty are informed prior your arrival. Please send pictures of your photo IDs - strictly local government IDs for Filipinos and passports for foreigners at least 3 days prior your arrival. If any of the 3 days are holidays, this number will need to be added for timely completion of documents processing. Last minute check-in will not be doable if there is not enough time to complete security requirements. CHECK-OUT is 12:00NN * LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-out beyond 1PM subject to room availability (when no guests are booked after your stay) and our cleaning schedules. We reserve the right to refuse late check-out requests if they will impact our cleaners and incoming guests. * EARLY CHECK-OUT: Please inform us at least one day before if you plan to check-out earlier than the standard check-out time. CHECK-IN 2:00PM -6:00PM *EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check-in may be accommodated if there are no guests booked the day before and depending on our cleaning schedules. We may charge an additional fee if early check-in requests are accommodated on a last-minute basis. Communication on changes in check-in time is needed to avoid delays. *LATE CHECK-IN: We provide Self Check-in Option. We also accommodate assisted late check-in beyond 6PM upon special request and will confirm agreed upon time. If you are more than 1 hour late with respect to the agreed time without any notification to us, we will need to charge extra for indefinite waiting time by us or our staff. Self check-in is the best option if you are unsure of your check-in time. Public transportation is available in the form of tricycles - they are available at Phoenix Gas Station Paseo De Sta. Rosa. It is best to have your own car. For long-term stays, cleaning or linen replacement can be requested during your stay and an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Please inform us ahead of time for schedule of cleaning or housekeeping requests as we want to ensure your privacy and will not enter the unit without your expressed approval. Similarly for long-term stays with mutually agreed special offer rates, electricity deposits will be required and any excess usage beyond the billing period cut-off and above three thousand pesos electricity budget per month will be charged to the deposit. Garbage is collected everyday at 8-9am and 3-4 pm. Please put out your garbage at this time. If you are unable to do so and cannot wait for the next collection, you can bring it to the garbage bin at the basement. Segregation of garbage into recyclables, wet garbage and other garbage is encouraged. Strictly no smoking and cooking of foul foods. Each smoking violation will be charged P5,000 and cooking of foul foods will be charged P10,000.
