It has a private balcony, perfect for reading or sipping a cup of coffee in the mornings. The space Located just blocks from the Capitol building, the Supreme Court, and the National Mall, it is a prime location for those interested in seeing the city and experiencing the city life. The neighborhood is well-lit and safe during all hours with quick access to many dining option and transportation throughout the city. Note: Our dog, Beans, also has free rein of the common areas. He will be *thrilled* to meet you , especially if you're willing to hand out any free head scratchies. During your stay Love to share sightseeing ideas and restaurant recommendations! Other things to note The bedroom is on the second floor, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. A security deposit is required for damages. Pets are welcome with prior clearance and an additional $50 cleaning fee. They must be able get along with our dog. There is tv in the room with a Roku and access to Netflix.
