Beautiful flat overlooking Ramsgate Harbour

My flat is directly overlooking the Harbour & sea on the ground floor. I have poured a lot of love into it, making it ready and am excited to share it with you. It is modern, clean and chic and should have all the amenities you need. I have done the bedroom in a cosy cottage style. Just steps away are lovely restaurants and cafes overlooking the Marina. You can walk along the west cliff directly from the flat with more lovely views across the sea. I love Ramsgate and am sure you will too. The space The entire flat is at your disposal with its own private entrance. A large open plan lounge and kitchen/diner runs from the front of the house to the back so that the light pours through. You can watch the sun rise over the sea in the mornings. The bedroom is cosy and welcoming and has a walk in en-suite shower and separate wc. I have tried to equip the kitchen with everything you need. The lounge has two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for third and fourth guests. This is a long way from the bedroom so two couples would have space from each other. Guest access You have the whole place to yourselves. The main front door is communal with the neighbours upstairs and you have your own private entrance from the communal ground floor hallway. The back yard at ground level is also yours to use. I have not done this up as I want to yet (this will be phase II!) which is why I haven’t posted photos, but it is clean and you are welcome to use as you wish. You access through the back door in the bedroom. Please just observe the privacy of the neighbours in the basement flat who have their own courtyard at lower ground level. Other things to note WiFi is now up and running!
