The space The Casa del Tabacco is a nineteenth-century Historical Residence where tobacco used to be manufactured. The house was renovated on 2006 in line with its traditional architectural style. The owners, Emira and Arturo, have transformed the villa into a reality full of charm, designed to ensure joy and comfort for its guests. You will find 5 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air contidioning, of which 2 at the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. The rooms can accomodate 12 people. There is a main kitchen on the first floor fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. and a kitchen at the ground floor, equipped also with a washing machine, near by the garden, the gazebo and the swimming pool, which is 6x3 meters, and 1,25 meter deep. On the first floor you will find several living rooms, one with the fireplace, a library room and a dining room. A 70 inches TV and several stereos are available to you. The House of Tobacco is environmental friendly, equipped with solar panels for hot water and electricity, and a heating system based both on gas and on innovative solar panels. Guest access The whole Casa del Tabacco is exclusively for the guests. The property includes a garden with a gazebo with barbecue and a swimming pool, 5 rooms with their own bathrooms, 2 kitchens, the main one on the firts floor and another one at the ground floor, a dining room and several large living rooms. The maintenance of the swimming pool is ensured daily. Other things to note Arturo and Emira, the owners, will support the guests for assuring the best, possible stay. Starting from the transfer from the airports of Brindisi or Bari, or for the renting of vehicules, with or without drivers. They could also organize indoor meals with a catering based on healthy and autenthic food, including special ones such as gluten or lactose free, vegetarian, vegan. The owners will support their guests also suggesting authentic restaurants, wine and food tasting, cultural and naturalistic tours, boat tours, scuba diving, relaxing massages, experiences for the youth.
