My place is close to San Jose Downtown, 5 minute walk to Caltrain Tamien Station and Virginia VTA Stataion, near SAP Center and San Jose Convention Center. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance as well as Lincoln St in Willow Glen. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. The space The bedroom is located in a 1650 sq ft two story house with a total of 2.5 bathrooms. It has plenty of natural light. Guest access You will have access to a private bedroom, private bathroom. The private bedroom has Direct TV. Other things to note There are cameras that monitor the exterior of the home, and one indoor that monitors the main entrance. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public and common areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. There is a Labradoodle dog that lives in the house. Please do not book if you are allergic to dogs.
