Crescent Head retro surf shack, flat walk to beach

A short, level walk to Crescent Head surf beach, cafes, supermarket, bakery, country club, hotel, golf course and tennis courts. Please read the whole desc. The house is good for couples, small groups ( NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS ) and families. Top bunks for children only. It’s an original surf shack from the 1960's with sunny north facing windows and ocean views. Our house is NOT suitable for groups wishing to party - the house is small, old and we have permanent neighbours. No tents or campers. The space The house is free standing with plenty of open space in front for hosing off surfboards etc. There is an outside cold shower to rinse yourself too! Please don’t set up tents or camper trailers in the yard. THIS IS A LOW-FI HOUSE- NO TV or WIFI as you'll be out all day enjoying the beach and parks. There are a few games to play of an evening. There is a ramp up to the door which is located around the back along the path. Recently renovated with freshly polished oiled timber floors in living and bedrooms. There is a small BBQ on the deck. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house but not the garage. Other things to note Please note that groups of adults are limited to 4.
