It is a few meters from three panoramic public parking lots. It is located on two floors and houses a living area and a sleeping area, both equipped with toilets. Thomas House can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The linens are provided by your hostess Rossella who will greet you at the station with a welcome gift! Guest access The living area on the first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed in front of the fireplace. The bathroom has a spacious and comfortable shower with clean towels every day. It is equipped with a washer and dryer. In the kitchen you can find pots, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, kettle, toaster. The house is cozy. Heated on its own. It's comfortable. The bedroom, located on the second floor, like the living room is finely furnished and spacious. It is equipped with a small toilet and a wooden bathtub. From your ogiva you can admire the church of Santa Maria with its beautiful panoramic square and the bell tower. Thomas' House, upon request, has 4 bicycles available to its guests. It has an internal courtyard where you can park by car for loading and unloading bags and suitcases. A small private shed located in the courtyard allows the storage of mountain equipment, in addition to being a useful parking area for mountain biking and other sports equipment useful for mountain or lake exits. The House of Thomas offers upon request 2 free mountain bikes and 2 city bikes, a crib for babies, a child seat and a high chair for children. The presence of indoor and outdoor stairs makes the stay unsuitable for the disabled and elderly people with limitations. The presence of stone and wooden flooring covers prohibits the use of cleaning products and luggage cooking. Substances should be removed if they are used. It is not allowed to fall asleep with the candles lit. Thomas' House is predominantly made of wood. smoking and parties and events are not allowed. Animals are not allowed.
