The space The old barn on the property that we make available to you has been restored to make it a warm and comfortable guest house. It is next to our house but your tranquility will be preserved ...In the living room a large bay window will offer you a breathtaking view of the park. The kitchen overlooking the pond, overlooks a terrace where you can have lunch or dinner quietly. A comfortable washroom is across the house with separate toilets. The cozy bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed is on the mezzanine overlooking the living room where the sofa bed is also 160 x 200. Netflix Guest access The rental of the cottage includes the entire accommodation (the restored barn), the wooded park as well as the parking spaces in front of the property. Other things to note We can welcome you in French, English, German and Dutch. You have the opportunity to dine on site. If you order a few days before, I will be happy to prepare a family meal, tasty and generous, put in the kitchen before your arrival or return of visit, ready to be warmed if necessary.. (you will find a sample menu and its price in the gallery of photos). Similarly I can provide you with breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, chocolate powder, fresh orange juice, bread, homemade jams, country honey, butter + a sweet surprise) for 10 euros/person. Thank you for letting me know in advance as well. If you want to cook or prepare your breakfast yourself, you will find salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, some spices, coffee, tea and sugar on site. You will have access if you wish to a 450m2 gym in hypercenter of Tours and this graciously, from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week!
