This beautiful one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a Grade II listed building overlooking Rest Bay's coast line. Wake up to the sound of waves in a super comfy bed and open up the electric blinds for a peaceful morning. This apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with large windows and doors opening out onto its own private terrace area, perfect to sit back unwind.. The space We want you to feel your stay is special with us so we use a minimum of 200 thread count on the bedding, white company towels and we use local Welsh products in the apartment when we can. We try to use local companies to source items within the apartment to support our small businesses and local economy. There are little luxuries to enjoy within the apartment such as underfloor heating, Sonos speaker, Alexa, contemporary bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with stone worktops (and dishwasher) along with a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers. Please note the tv is located in the bedroom not lounge area so you can enjoy the gorgeous views. There is plenty to do with the blue flag awarded beach Rest Bay in front of the building with the Welsh coastal path leading you to Kenfig Nature Reserve. A modern bistro cafe with panoramic views across Rest Bay along with a water sports centre and takeaway Costa just minutes walk from the apartment. Porthcawl is a seaside town with a traditional Victorian promenade featuring a high street of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The apartment has easy access to the motorway making it quick to reach further afield to explore Swansea or Cardiff.
