Oxford Island home with a countryside view

A beautiful modern S/C apartment located on the edge of Oxford Island Nature Reserve set on the shores of Lough Neagh only 20 minutes south of Belfast, 30 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the Mourne mountains . The house is set on the grounds of a thatch cottage where we live with dogs, cats and hens which roam about freely waiting to welcome newcomers and overlooks stunning countryside. Titanic Exhibition, shopping and high end restaurants are all within easy reach. The space Covered area outside with reclining sun loungers for during the day and patio heater to relax and watch the glorious sunsets and migrating birds Wood burning stove for the winter nights Guest access Apartment is separate with patio door access - guests have a separated patio area but are welcome to stroll through the gardens Other things to note We have a hot tub available upon request. it must be booked at least 24 hr before arrival and is subject to a one off supplemental charge of £20 payable on arrival. We have not incorporated this into our room rate as not all guests want use of this facility and so we think the above approach is a fairer one for all guests.
