The Old Bakehouse - a spacious 4 bedroomed cottage

We are organic farmers and our cottage accommodation is simple and basic. In the summer, the cottage is home to our WWOOFers, who are volunteers from all over the world who come to help us on the farm. Out of season, the cottage is available to book for short or long stays. The price is for three guests with a supplementary fee for additional guests. We will provide a bottle of organic milk and can provide basic breakfast supplies if requested (4 days notice required) The space The cottage is on the road through the village but it is not a busy road. There is parking behind the cottage at the end of the wild woodland garden with a natural unpaved path leading to the door. There are a couple of steps down to the door and porch where muddy boots and outdoor clothes can be left. In the warmer weather there is an outside eating area. Guest access The offer is for sole use of the cottage and access to three beds - one twin and one single bedroom or three single rooms. There are additional bedrooms available for a small additional cost. There is one bathroom and one shower-room, plus an additional separate toilet. We have a large kitchen / dining area available where you can make a drink and have breakfast. There is a fridge, toaster and kettle for guests to use. We are happy for you to self-cater as long as the kitchen is left clean and tidy. There is a good size and very comfortable sitting room. Other things to note Part of the house adjoins our village meeting room. Occasionally there may be meetings or events in the room but they are not likely to be noisy or late affairs and we will give guests advanced notice.
