We offer transient rooms for big groups, or for couples, we have a wide private car park, w/ fast wifi, hot and cold shower, you can cook, no corkage, clean as you go, there is free mineral water, this place is between Legazpi, Albay, Daraga and Camalig. 5 minutes away from the Legazpi Airport. 1 minute to many pool resorts, Lignon Hill, 8 mons to Cagsawa Ruins and many more nearby destinations. You can cook here, and be your own chef overlookong the Mayon Volcano:) absolutely no corkage. Clean as you go. Guest access You may use the rooftop, the kitchen awaits you to cook, as the Mayon Volcano flatters you with it's beauty right at your presence. You may use thr entire rooftop for your Despedida De Soltera or Stag Party absolutely no corkage, just clean as you go and switch off the lights. This is a happy place😀 Other things to note There is a curfew for visitors of inhouse guests, and it is 11pm. Should the visitor wishes to extend, an advance notice to the owner is highly appreciated. Hence, visitor is adviced to check in for an overnight accommodation already, depending on what room is available.
