Newly built apartment in the center of Capri , 40 meters from the sea. The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for 4-6 people. It consists of two bedrooms , a bathroom , a living room and a spacious terrace. The terrace overlooks the harbor of Kaprije and the nearby islands. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances ( microwave , coffee machine Dolce gusto Nescafe , kettle and dishwasher ). The apartment is air conditioned. Possibility to go swimming or fishing with a boat. The space Car traffic is prohibited on the island, which gives it a special charm. You can enjoy the untouched nature , crystal clear sea , eat excellent fish just taken out of the sea ( which you can catch yourself) and hike the paths adapted for children and discover new places for swimming. Guest access Terrace with fireplace for grill. Other things to note Guests of the apartment have at their disposal a stand up paddle (sup) and a kayak for two.
